Interview
social project, short film
2018 | 8min | Arabic and English

Located in a refugee camp in southern Lebanon, a group of children are confronted with a camera man - a western eye on their story of war and crisis. They flip the script and take over the situation. What follows is a game, a chase and an interview where the children ask the questions.

The film was made possible by SWISS4SYRIA in a cooperation with director Anastasija H. Bräuniger. Working with theatre pedagogic tools and the medium film, as creating a script, ideas and means of expression together with the children affected by forced displacement, Interview is the result of an inspiring, challenging, fun and moving collaborative one-week-process.
